Event Overview:

Kenneth Drucker of HOK will present the architectural journey behind the LG headquarters. Discover how the building harmonizes with the Palisades Interstate Park and how its ‘groundscraper’ designs, focusing on its integration with the environment and the collaboration with LG and local conservation groups. LG’s new campus has become a post-COVID-19 model for companies seeking flexible office space outside urban centers.

LG experts will introduce the latest in home appliances, security, HVAC, and more. Learn how these advancements contribute to energy efficiency, health, and safety in homes and small businesses. Experience the products firsthand and engage in discussions about integrating smart technology.

Kenneth Drucker FAIA, LEED AP BD+C
Design Principal, HOK

Mr. Drucker oversees design teams in HOK’s New York and Philadelphia studios and guides the design of projects all over the world. He approaches difficult design challenges by concentrating on the essence of an idea and allowing it to drill down into the details of each project. This leads to the highest quality built work. Kenneth’s design process includes analysis, discovery, optimization, composition, placemaking and programmatic analysis. He believes architecture must be sustainable while blending both art and science. Kenneth is vice chair of HOK’s global design board. Committed to serving our broader community, he sits on the board of the ACE Mentor Program in Greater New York City and is an active member of the AIA New York Chapter.
